Splitter is a soft south american, stop calling "euro player" to everyone who played in Europe,

true? Only three of the Spurs fifteen players are European. And those three are having under-whelming seasons. TP's an injury prone, declining point guard on a bad contract. Boris has been MIA for most of the season(though he's shown some life the past week). Marco's a goddamn cancer that has one of the lowest bball IQs on the team. Kobe's a fucking idiot.

lol @ this cancer pulling the Euro card when he dedicated his career playing American ISO ball and idolizing MJ... What fundamentals taught him to chuck 30 terrible shots a game? :lol

Splitter played the least of his career in Brazil. He's been in Spain since his teen years And He is a middle class kid from the most german área in Brazil, where people speaks german in the streets. Nene and Barbosa are brazilian players.

He's nearing the end of his career and his level of play no longer renders him relevant anymore. Now he has to revert to talking and bringing up ridiculous sound bites I guess so people don't forget about him.

Kobe has all the talent, fundamentals and footwork, but his actual style of play is the complete opposite of Spurs-type basketball, tbh:lol..

As Nono said, he's from the Dad Killer school of selfish, ego-centric, ISOball..

Banger and patty ain't Euro

Right. But before they came here to play in College, did they develop their skills under a "European" like system. Probably yes.

Kobe said "European Player" and he counted himself as one of them. He was talking about the system that teaches fundamentals over pure athleticism.

So he is talking about 7-8 players in the 10 rotation Spurs team (exclude Bonner and the scrubs). That's 70-80%... not 90% as he claims.

I think Kobe is mistaking Int'l with Euro. Baynes, Splitter, Mills, and Manu are not Euro players. Its just that Int'l players focus on fundamentals over flash. I guess he is reminiscing about Gasol at this point, seeing how he has been playing for the Bulls this year.

I think its pretty clear "euro" and "international" are the same... except maybe for carribean players and black brazilians, which we don't have

agree. but speed and strength kill. thus why african americans still got the advantage even with diminished fundamentals.

but Kobe gots a great point. this is probably why most nba players today have such short lifespan (Melo, lebron, Rose, etc)

Manu is basically Italian.

He would be Bellinelli if he was Italian. Players from Italian ancestry need the left Argie touch to achieve true greatness.

We only have 3 European players, that's 20%.
