It's not about the size of the woman, there are smaller, and even thinner women who need to be held in/adjusted more than some bigger women. It's about the thought process, and intentional deception.

I have no issue with women who are considered big by some, small, medium, schmedium etc. as far as attractiveness is concerned. My ideal preference is the slim/thick type. Obviously I don't like them super big, but I certainly don't like them bone thin either. I'm a taller, bigger guy so my range is a bit different comparatively to men in the typical range.

But again, I'm not out for blood as far as fatties with image issues are concerned.

I just said that the sunglasses analogy didn't exactly fit in an equal manner. I think you may a little naïve to think (perhaps) that people aren't looking to disguise certain things about themselves whether it's external or internal. I really don't care if a woman wants to wear something to make them look better and thus feel better. It's not like you can totally hide ugly or fat forever.
