The real travesty is that Timmy or Bowen never never got a DPOY.

MVP: Steve Nash (2006) - Never have I seen a year where 3-4 players were clearly more deserving (LeBron, Kobe, Dirk, Wade, maybe even Billups based on ever-changing criteria).
DPOY: Camby (2007) - LOL.
COTY: Doc Rivers (2000) - Finished 41-41, missed playoffs. WTF?
ROTY: Whoever wins this year.
6MOTY: Ben Gordon (2005) - Terrible, inefficient chucker

Looked at WS/48 of MVP winners....Nash was 8th in WS/48 and Iverson was 9th in WS/48 among the players that received MVP votes for their year :lol

Second was egregious. LeBron 31/7/7 on a 50 win team, Kobe 35+PPG, Dirk 48/40/90 and leading NBA in WS48, Wade 27/6/7 and 3rd in WS/48, Billups 2nd in WS/48 and best team in NBA.
Not as bad as his first over Duncan/Shaq though
Sure, but people saw in the playoffs that the D'Antoni/Nash system wasn't meant for postseason success (even though MVP is a reg. season award). I just think that with the benefit of hindsight after Nash's first MVP season, there simply wasn't a logical explanation for him going back to back.

steve nash was a joke ass player when he peaked or whatever crap they had going in phoenix
this clown was so efficient shooting that players started to stick to him like glue, then he started to penetrate into the lane very easy; instead of looking for amare for the PNR, why he never just lay up it in for the easy basket instead he dribbles out again and reset....
