Lakers, Celtics and Bulls are really the only 3 dynasties in the nba, will we see another one in the future? Spurs, heat, pistons and rockets have all been close. Spurs possibly if they can go back to back imo instead of biennial

You've been witnessing a dynasty for the past decade. Going back to back doesn't define a dynasty no matter what you tell yourself. No team in all of sports has been consistently elite as the Spurs. Even Shaq's lakers flamed out before their time.

No. That's called being consistently inconsistent. 6 titles or more would be a dynasty. Doing something twice is a fluke. But doing something 3 times in a row that's a dynasty.

By your definition Shaq's lakers were a dynasty. Kobe/Gasol were fluky. You want 3, how about winning a championship in 3 different eras with the same core. This isn't tic tac to 3 in a row.

You guys are a unique dynasty but usually a dyanstic team wins back to back. But you bring up a good points bird's celts never went backtoback but are the Pistons more of a "dynasty" even if their "reign" was shorter?I vote yes on the Spurs as a dynasty but there is SOMETHING to repeating that cements a dynasty.

OKC's time is coming. They've paid their dues and with the Spurs on a huge decline and Lebron's team no longer a threat, I'd be shocked if they don't win multiple titles in the next 5 years. heck, they may even pull a Houston Rockets this season and surprise everyone in the playoffs.

Not a fluke but nothing about the KoPau Lakers says dynasty except maybe the coach or the franchise itself. that team was good very good but not great and would lose to pretty much every repeat champion including an overrated Heat team ...

The lakers franchise is a dynasty, the kobe Pau championships aren't considered a dynasty just a good run imo. Celtics, lakers, bulls are all dynasty franchises. Spurs Are Close but still not in their league

There are no dynasties in sports. If there were, the term wouldn't be so fucking subjective. Show me the criteria for it or shut the fuck up.
