The Lunar Goddess - my reveries
I looked up and saw the moon
Thinking I'd meet her again very soon
Last time I saw her in that afternoon
She wore silk stocking and the black suit
But did she feel too cold in the winter
She traveled with me in the car
One week after interview of the par
We went to a college for teaching jobs
When she had no interest working there
She did it for me, but I didn't know her
I can't sleep, I want to cry
I have let her down, time, time after time
And I fear I'd see her again only in my reveries
I'm a stranger in my own hometown
Wish she'll travel with me here all around
And I've often seen it in my reveries
I like her hair, I like her brows
She looks nicer than all the flowers
