Korver is having a great year, but he's the beneficiary of a great system. I think the Heat will turn it around in the 2nd half of the year. Part of the problem is that we haven't all been at the same time. A healthy squad of Wade, Deng, Bosh, McBob (who's out for the year remember) and Whiteside is at least a 4th seed in the east.
