All the pressure finally broke him :lol

Didn't like getting chants directed at him during games. :lol

I said it on that thread. The pressure was entirely on him.

Good on Manny to come all the way from where ever he was to that Heat game to bait Floyd into the fight. It worked.

Now CN is shitting his pants. If Floyd loses he'll lose any dignity he has left. :lol

spurraider21

if floyd actually loses, it will taint a lot of his legacy. the narrative will be that he was only undefeated because he was avoiding his best competition the whole time. but in reality, Floyd has aged way better than Pacman has, and he should be the clear favorite right now

I agree wholeheartedly. But Floyd is not going to lose. This heavily favors him. It's like watching Duncan (Floyd) school Dwight (Manny) in the post.

Whatever. I don't have a dog in this dance. Not a big Pac fan, but I've wasted too many hours watching May run away from dudes instead of fighting them, and it's fucking boring.

The only thing we know is there will be no knockdowns because Runner refuses to mix it up. He puts up his guard, takes pot-shots, and waits for the bell to ring for 36 minutes. And front-running cumslurpers like you and CN (who've never known a champion they didn't love) are out there on your knees with plastic spoons gobbling up every last drip of nut butter.

By Chris Williams: Michael Koncz, the adviser for Manny Pacquiao, dismissed the report from TMZ’s website about the Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr mega-fight being ready to be signed off for their fight on 5/2 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Koncz said that the fight still has a couple of issues that need to be solved before the two fighters are ready to sign the contract, but he’s optimistic that those issues will soon be taken care of. Koncz doesn’t see those issues as being a big deal, but he doesn’t know how the other side views them.

When asked what he thought of TMZ announcing the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight as a done deal last Friday night, Koncz said via esnewsreporting.com “Did that statement come from Floyd? Until I hear it from Floyd directly, or until Floyd is quoted in a media outlet, I have no comment.”

I know you like trolling niggas, but I have a serious question for you, do you actually enjoy watching Mayweather's boxing performances? All BS aside...I think hes the greatest defensive fighter of all time and thats saying a lot, but his fights are extremely boring to me. The only fight of his I loved watching were his old school fights.

I still think May beats Manny quite easily by decision because great defense always beats a great offense. May just has to run around as usual to win, Manny has to beat him and thats very hard to do. You need a tall lanky black dude like a Paul Williams or Vernor Forrest (RIP) to beat a Mayweather. Not a tiny asian guy. I met Manny Pac several times, he looks about 5'5 to me, I'm only 5'11 and I was towering over the dude.

The only recent victory that was enjoyable was in 2007 when he put the beating on Ricky Hatton, in my opinion his biggest win to this date, sadly.

I'm pretty confident Manny can beat Floyd. Mayweather has never faced a fighter with Pac's speed and punching power. OTOH, there's no game plan in beating Pacman. It took Marquez, 4 tries to finally knock him out and that was Manny being careless. This is going to be a vicious fight, everyone knows PAC is going for the blood.

Pacquiao-Mayweather is almost done, says Manny

Pacquiao is once again voicing confirmation that the fight is on, as speculation builds that the fight could be announced during NBA All-Star weekend

MANILA, Philippines - What could be sweeter than Valentine’s Day chocolates? The long overdue fight announcement between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr., that's what.Pacquiao is once again voicing confirmation that the fight is on, telling GMA News that the only thing remaining is his American rival’s signature.

“Oo, positive na,” Pacquiao said on Friday, February 13 about the chances that the fight takes place this time around. “Pirma na lang.”
(Just the signature)

The fight has been discussed for over five years now, with many feeling that the time has finally come for the two best fighters of their generation to face one another. Strong rumors have circulated that a fight announcement could come during this weekend’s NBA All-Star break.

Mayweather (47-0, 26 knockouts) and Pacquiao (57-5-2, 38 KOs) have both agreed that their fight would take place on May 2.

Veteran reporter Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times reported on Saturday afternoon Manila time that the negotiations will likely “stretch into next week” after discussions went into recess on Friday.

Top welterweight contender Keith Thurman, speaking with OnTheRopesBoxing.com (http://ontheropesboxing.com/keith-thurman-i-see-pacquiao-having-a-great-chance-of-winning-against-mayweather-but-hes-gonna-have-to-create-one-to-two-knockdowns/), said he is picking Mayweather to beat Pacquiao if the fight gets made, but sees room for Pacquiao to edge him on the cards with help from a 10-8 round.

“Outside of that, Pacquiao needs to be the Pacquiao that made him famous. He needs to throw the punches, the combinations.

“We know that Pacquiao is better than [Miguel] Cotto and Cotto gave Mayweather one hell of a fight. Maidana was able to land several good punches on Mayweather. I do see Pacquiao having a great chance of winning the fight, but I do believe that to truly win the fight he’s gonna have to at least create one to two knockdown — a minimum of one knockdown to get that 10-8 round.” - Rappler.com

Yep, Manny's just running. :lol

This is 100% on Floyd at this point. If he doesn't fight, he's ducking Manny.

I agree wholeheartedly. But Floyd is not going to lose. This heavily favors him. It's like watching Duncan (Floyd) school Dwight (Manny) in the post.
