Really? You're serious. You don't know why a severe lack of knowledge about one of the most popular quotes from one of the most popular authors ever to walk the face of the Earth is embarrassing. Something that most freshmen in high school could recite without a second thought. Something that anyone who's ever lived in the past 300 years with a passing interest in literature or culture would instantly recognize.
Well gee, I don't know pal. Why should you be embarrassed? Would you walk into the Louvre and start asking questions like, "Why are all these paintings here?", too? Then when people start staring at you, you would undoubtedly tell them to fuck off or try to make fun of them to look tough, if this thread is any indication. :lol

To be fair, any intelligent person can read many popular literary works and still not be able to recite famous quotes from them, especially if a particularly celebrated work didn't strike a chord with them. Even it's Shakespeare, let alone Julius Caesar. That shouldn't be a strike against them...unless they mock a username based on one in particular. Things to take from this game:
- Green continues to be one of the streakiest 3 specialists in the league, and he appears to be turning it on at the right time
- Kawhi still trying to find a consistent offensive game. This is an integral phase in his development, determining just how good he will be. He's trying, but not quite there yet.
- Diaw falling off a cliff from last year will be the greatest obstacle for this team come playoff time, in my opinion. He really has to rediscover the game that was such a huge part of last year's championship, because he has reverted back to the passive Diaw of old.
- KL2 is no scholar.
While it's not as simple as saying "the switch has been flipped", there is really no cause for alarm given the team's performance in this game. We all know they're coasting, so it's pretty difficult to analyze just how good they are until the playoffs kick off.

I'm actually happy about that. With Kawhi back and Houston/LAC dealing with injuries, and the Mavs dealing with having Rondo on the team, we're primed to make a run to at least the 4th seed, perhaps the 3rd.
Right now, they're the same, and should be equally obtainable.

That third quarter is the best I've seen the Spurs play offensively this season. It looked nearly identical to how they played in games 3-5 of the finals.
I'd love to see them store that in a bottle, because if they can get back to that consistently, I'd like their chances to repeat.

I hope Kawhi goes back to SA to get his jump shot.
He obviously forgot to pack it through the first three games of the trip.

I'm not worried about Kawhi. Anyone who cares as much, works as hard and puts as much time in the gym as Leonard does, will be fine. I'm concerned about Manu though. His inconsistency from the FT line has been alarming. That's all mental, form and repetition. It has nothing to do with his physical skills eroding.

He isn't the only one, in 3 games the Spurs are shooting 40.7%, 28.8% from 3. Hopefully the rest helps them out because the rest of the road trip won't be easy.
