Same here. Hopefully, this will give the team more motivation to win even more games. We'll definitely need HCA over them again if we meet in the playoffs.

would be funny if gs gets ousted in first round against thunder

at this rate, the thunder might even get the 7th seed considering, Griffin's injury..

Yep, OKC is still the biggest threat to the Spurs.

:lol Warriors and Grizzlies

Eh get to the 2-3 seed or 6-7 and avoid the Warriors and Thunder until the conf. finals (if either get that far).

They were always going to make it. Anyone who thought PHX would hold a 4 game lead on them for an entire half of a season was fooling themselves.

Tough going in 2nd half for WC teams. In one way they might as well coast and rest since seeding won't matter that much, and every round for every team will be tough. In years past the top 1-2 seeds got home court and usually an easy opponent in the 1st round.

On the other hand teams will have to play well enough just to get into the playoffs. The Spurs have a tough schedule right towards the end. The Spurs depth will allow them to compete while resting their players. Some teams might be tired and worn out by the time the playoffs get here.

After the trade the Spurs will miss a lot Kawhi in the series, but however we still have Belinelli, nothing else matter. :flag:

Yep, I guarantee every spurs fan is closely watching okc's record, whether they admit it or not. As it stands okc is still our biggest nemesis and toughest out

Their coach is still Mr. Magoo, is it not? Warriors would throat fuck this team.

^^^ This, anyone who thought they would not get on a roll when everyone was back and start winning a ton of games was just looking at the now and when they were down counting them out. I knew when everyone was back with all that talent they would go on a big run, hell that is a damn good team and now fully healthy they will be a 7th seed IMO when they get in. I picture them moving up further than the 8th.

I seriously doubt the Warriors whip that team honestly. Either or Mr. Magoo did happen to beat the Spurs one year and make the WCF last year and take them to 6 so how is he that bad? The talent on that team is crazy, you could coach them in a series as well as I.

This only bothers me if we have to play Okc and gsw. Rather play okc than gsw.

I mean the thunder could finish 7th and the spurs finish 2nd by the end of the season....:lol

I doubt it, but if Memphis struggles for a stretch..damn.

They are a really good team but I need to see how they handle the pressure in the playoffs. And Bogut being injury prone can be their undoing.

Aint this the damn truth. It is not like Durant was going to be out half the year or Westbrook, they missed some time yes but when fully healthy that team was going to go on a roll, period.

The Thunder have had the injury bug this season and make no mistake about it, if healthy they are a threat to make it to the Finals if they get in and they should eventually. Golden State and Memphis should be very worried have that seed because it looks like both teams that made it to the 2014 WCF (Spurs and Thunder) could be 7th and 8th when the season ends. To make matters worse whoever is the 2nd seed would have to take on the defending NBA champions. I believe the Warriors have a shot at beating the Thunder and the Spurs can beat either the Warriors or Memphis. Spurs could climb up and Thunder still have to get in, but it's looking like that could be who is 7th and 8th when the season ends. I wouldn't be surprised if the Thunder/Spurs rematch in the 2nd round or WCF again.
