:lmao playing Curry with three minutes left...the guy with glass ankles

When was his last ankle injury? Seems like it's been awhile.

I do think we might be a little too hard on TP. Comparing him to elite players like Paul, Westbrook, and Curry isn't fair when Parker himself was never anything more than a mediocre talent. Quick but that's about it. Never was a great shooter/playmaker/defender. If anyone deserves the blame, it's the front office for handing out that bloated three year contract to a declining system point guard.

LOL he was in top 5 in regular season mvp before

Cojo with 4 times the points of tp in half the playing time.:wow

I wonder if Phoenix could've been suckered into trading Dragic for Rique?

LOL the best the Spurs could hope for is a 2nd round pick for Enrique.

OKC only 4 back of SA now.

Then proceeded to choke in the playoffs...like usual. Spurs system made him look better than he actually is.

The 3 year contract was a huge mistake but saying that Parker was always mediocre talent is also fairly stupid. When he had his quick speed he lead the league with points in the paint. He's washed up now but was once an all-star caliber player. He's just like any other guard who relies on quick speed which is once they hit their 30's they fall apart. The same thing happened to Tim Hardaway,Kevin Johnson,Baron Davis. It's already happening to Derick Rose since he suffered serious injuries early in his career. Westbrook will be crap after 30 because he has the same problem as Parker he relies heavily on his athletic ability once he hits 30 it will be gone. The only PG's that were great in their 30's were guys like Nash,Stockton,Kidd and all 3 were guys who were never super athletic to being with and relied heavily on fundamentals. With all that being said Parker deserves the harsh criticism of his current play due to accepting that big contract but lets not shit on his past and make up stuff that isn't true.

He's realizing how shitty his teammates have been over the years. Probably wishing he went to Orlando back in the early 2000s.

I could see this game being competitive for 3 quarters, before the wheels come off. Or I could see us just getting blown out. :lol

Yes they will still get it. They have to go 16-11 the rest of the way which is very doable. I'm hoping they can get 55 that might be the amount they will have to get to have HCA.

He's a competitor. Losing frustrates him. He doesn't give up and accept defeat like Parker - doesn't make up excuses and injuries when he fails. He just practices harder and comes back stronger next time. It's why he and Manu have always stepped up come playoff time. Can't say the same for Tony unfortunately.

Baynes and Leonard led the way with 12 points each. Not going to get it done....can't believe we scored 99 tbh.

I was there too as usual when the Spurs come to town and Dubs fans have always been cool with me, except tonight. They're crowning their team already. Can't blame them after how much we've owned them. It was a big win for them and a huge mental boost, tbh.

He played 78 games the last two years and every game till now this season. The ankle issue hasn't been much of an issue.

I get what you're saying but that's not reason why I bumped this. Kerr wanted to risk Steph by inserting him back into the lineup when the game was already decided and then this happened, in spite of Steph being relatively healthy the past two years or so. The guy has a history of weak ankles despite his recent good health.
