Parker is a system player on both sides of the ball. Bowen, Green, Duncan, Leonard, etc. he's always had someone to guard opposing PG's for him his entire career.

This guy is not worth $15 mill a year, never has been.

He's 'supposed' to funnel Curry into the lane by trailing him by like three steps. That way the help defender has to help out and leave Barnes open for 3 pt shot after 3 pt shot. :cry

The Parker-Bellineli backcourt isn't making things any easier for the defense

Real talk I hope he tears his ACL or breaks an ankle. Continuing to play this scrub heavy minutes is going to be the end of the Spurs as we know them.

Yeah, Curry has been just awful this season, of course one of his few good games comes against Parker.

Amazing how Patty is capable of making this unstoppable, fav MVP candidate work for his baskets.

Who knew staying within 3 steps of him actually pays off. Rique should try it some time.

Would rather have Gary Neal instead of Tony Parker. We were paying him less to get blown by on defense, turn the ball over and chuck shots.

no, honestly he can't. And i don't know how the FUK he's been in the league for 14 seasons with a defensive minded team like the spurs and CAN'T GUARD 1 FUKIN PLAYER IN THE WHOLE LEAGUE!!!!!

The Spurs' Brazilian hasn't been able to hide/defend for Parker this year, but Spurstalk's Brazil certainly can..

Flip side to that is we'd have a 33 year old PG entering his 15th season making $43 million over the next 3 years and coming off an ACL tear. If you think he's playing bad now...

I'd still take Parker. At least Parker can shoot this season. Neal's hitting 36% FG and 30% 3pt this year.

Hell yeah. Lol! He used to have speed to get inside. Never was much on D. Guy is old for 30-31, too. Lots of mileage.

I think Parker is still hurt! Hamstring injuries are bitch and take forever to heal and I think this is hindering is speed and mobility.

Then you can't trade him and that horrid contract he has.
