He had a great part in the remake of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" in '78.

Dammit Jim...
Well, we all knew he was getting there. The last works of him I saw were on Fringe and Into the darkness, and it was obvious age was catching up with him.
His voiced tracks for the game Civilization IV also.
He will be long remembered, and I'll bet did live a prosperous life.

Met him about 6 years ago at ComiCon and he was as genuine a person as one can imagine. Took time to sign autographs for my nephew who is becoming a Trekkie and remarked about life and even though he didn't have to he asked our name and where we were from and took a few photos with us. May you rest in peace, Mr. Nimoy.

She's not even there. She's dressed as Nina right now.

Sad day for nerds
RIP
Fuck Im sad. Grew up on old episodes of TOS. For all its campiness and low production value towards the end . . . Still my favorite TV series ever.
RIP.

He was at the Drafthouse several years ago in a special surprise appearance, it was meant to be for a 35mm showing of Wrath of Kahn but it was secretly the world premiere of the remake. A friend and I were going to attend just to see Kahn, so I still regret missing out on that. :bang
Guy was a great actor and underrated director/photographer imo. Rest in Peace.

He did nice "Columbo" entitled "A Stitch in Time" which is airing tonite. He plays a surgeon who murders. Standard fare, yes, & the jig is up right away, but, Nimoy is fabulous here.
