Does Anyone KNow With Nursing Home In SA Recieved Refugees?

I saw on the news a nursing home in San Antonio recieved a lot of elderly refugees. I want to donate some stuff that my late grandmother recieved (diapers, etc) that are at my parents house.

Anyone know which nursing home it is?
