Authentic Spur fans are incapable of performing such behavior, they are wannabee or bandwagon fans and should be ignored or exposed as useless TRolls

I was in sec 307, right up near the A-Dome roof upstairs. It was SO LOUD after that shot that my ears rang for about 2-3 hours afterwards.

I saw it. I loved it. I remember Sean saying after the game that he went back to the huddle and told someone (Elie? I forget) that "I have one more three in me", and by george he did. I also remember after the game that the Portland coach said that Sean would never be able to make that shot again - and Sean volunteered to do it over and over again.

Great memories.

I would say 95 WCF had a lot more to do with them saying that but that pass was very bad.

BTW I remember the Comeback in 99, they were down alot in the third and someone mentioned Elliott needs to hit some shots on the perimeter and when he hits the first they say speak fo the devil! I remember that game well, my actions and so on after the shot and when Walt Williams missed that bank in attempt at the end I went nuts running through the upstairs part of the house. I was about 20 at the time, damn I am getting old as most said in here.

Did you have season tickets where was your seat and at what price?

I was a Red McCombs employee back in 80s we got the 5.00 Dollar seats.

Everyone was ready to throw in the towel.

Sounds like typical bandwagon fans. Did they say rude comments about David Robinson and mention immediate desperate trades

Bigger Cowboys fans than Spurs fans at that time. I was too young but thats probably the day I became diehard.

Didn't a guy collapse a lung from screaming so loud or something? Also I kinda wish that they'd still have a few games in the dome every now and then ,

Notice the first guy off the bench to hug Sean? Mercy Mercy. Loved every minute of that series up in Portland, although the fever was not as big for the Blazers as it is now as well last the late 80's/early 90's.

I love that shot. I remember watching it live and falling to the floor to my knees infront of the TV when the shot went in.
I loved when the Spurs were playing in the Alamo Dome behind the curtain. It was so loud , and the court was bright and colorful. It had a certain feel or mystique about it.
San Antonio should use the old court colors in the new arena from time to time, for old times sake.
The Spurs should also play a game or two in the Alamo dome behind the curtain every year. That would be awesome .
Maybe we could use the Alamo Dome instead of the long Rodeo road trip we take every year
Any chance you guys in San Antonio can get a petition started or write to ownership to suggest that idea.
I can really see this happening.

What about how loud it was right before when Stoudamire was shooting free throws? Everyone was beating on those hollow plastic seats and it was insanely loud.

:pctoss

Not only cost the Spurs a Game 7, but it also made it easy for Red McCombs to cheap out and let Strickland walk for nothing without pissing Spurs fans off too much, since that pass was still fresh in everyone's minds.
