nothing at all, imho... I once tried it during a one-week military training camp in the 2nd year or high school. It didn't feel too gross or uncomfortable tbh. You may feel a bit itchy in there just the first several minutes after it while the shit is still wet, when shit has dried you'll feel OK.

Plus, I didn't take no shower or bath during that week. Having an itchy anus for just a few minutes each day ain't something you can't tolerate imho, after you get home and take a shower you'd be fresh again. You wouldn't feel too bad even without cleaning it tbh.
