I get it that Pop rests guys on back to backs, but why did Kerr think NY was going to be more important than Denver?

Because it's a home game? Does Kerr think the GS fans would prefer to lose a game over having Steph and Klay play reduced minutes at home?

This one is a head scratcher.

Probably common, keeping fans happy and all. Still, is the gap wide enough in the West to give up games?

Probably your last line, tbh, keeping the fans happy, it's a home game..

Because they have a 6-game home stand coming up and Kerr probably felt that getting his players some rest was more important than winning one game in Denver.

Ya but the Knicks have like 3 NBA-caliber players on their roster, they're just insulting them, tbh:lol..

The Knicks are super terrible though. 85 points conceded in two quarters? That's already enough for one game

Appeasing the home town fans. Kerr had this in mind, to showcase Curry at home tonight, but that loss in Denver didn't need to happen.

Are some coaches getting to "Popovich" mentally? Are they going to fuck up by using the recipe without having the ownership and GM?

Warriors have the #1 seed locked up, so i don't see a problem.

Memphis has been resting their starters, too, lately. I was thinking the same exact thing. We rest our starters because of b2bs and minute management for our older players. Why are these other teams all of a sudden resting their younguns'? Seems like other coaches are definitely taking cliff notes from Pop. They always have but still... it's pretty comical, imo. :lol

For all of the accolades being given to Kerr this season he is still just a rookie coach trying to copy Pop. Pop rest players so Kerr thinks he should even though his players are young and the only reason Pop rests his players is that they are older than dirt.
