They like the Seminoles because it was their Pop Warner football team name.

Unlike Michigan, there is no sports culture in San Diego. It's a city of transplants. Even take a city like San Francisco. Divided between 2 basketball, 2 baseball and 2 football teams. What an awful finish to an otherwise solid game. Refs just took over and made bad call after bad call against both teams, but mainly in Kentucky's favor.

And for all of the talk about this #44 guy from Wisconsin, I'm not that impressed. He just kind of floated around on the perimeter not doing much of anything other than calling for the ball 20 feet away from the basket. He has solid footwork and fundamentals though, which is more than you can say for most college players nowadays.

Overall, Wisconsin deserved the W. They're the more complete team, and did the right things down the stretch.
