there's a reason Utah shipped him out, and when you see they bought out Perkins, you'll see they really wanted him out. he was the third overall pick when they took him. teams dont trade players like that just to waive somebody because they think he's a good player

He demanded a trade because he was a top ten pick getting bench minutes. He was going for like 13 a game in 15 minutes. It becomes a problem when you are a team like Utah and have nothing but top ten picks all trying to be the star. Their rotation of 8 before the Kanter trade literally was all top 10 picks.

Must have caught that game and stayed with the idea that he was a 6th man now. It's weird 'cause I vividly remember the Jazz commentators saying shit like "Now the he's coming off the bench he can come and dominate other teams' second units", like if it was a new defined role.
