:lol On ESPN first take today, Stephen A mentioned in an interview this past weekend he and May had a heated discussion about MJ v Lebron 1 on 1 and Floyd said it was not even up for debate. LBJ easily would school MJ

:lol I'm seriously starting to think this guy and his fan base are wired together to have the same opinions on everything

Tbh if you think about it, Lebron has the physical advantage, speed-wise he's quicker or same with Jordan. It's 1v1 relax with your Kobe agenda you laker fan you

he's nowhere near as quick as jordan... especially in a half-court setting like 1 on 1

no, but there's also no stat to show MJ was quicker than Bird. i think going coast to coast, lebron could actually be faster, longer strides, etc. but quick change of direction/burst? MJ was something else

You are underestimating Bron's speed the same way I underestimate MJ's, maybe. I still stand that Lebron can win 1v1 tho

jordan has the mental/competitive advantage by a billion over LBJ

jordan never went up against a bigger player at his position

Didn't a high school kid dunked on Lebron once? What makes you people think he can outdo Jordan?

He got so butthurt over it Nike had to step in and delete the video from circulating the net. :lol

Bron has terribly awkward handles and MJ did win DPOY and averaged a crazy 3.2 steals and 1.6 blocks one year. Bron may be bigger and stronger but coupled with his subpar dribbling ability and Jordans defensive prowess and psycho competitive streak you'd have to give it to MJ.

Lebron has the size advantage, but Jordan was a lot quicker with his lateral movement and could hit a shot from anywhere on the floor consistently, though Lebron has improved in that department. I think both guys would get to the basket really easy against each other.

Lebron was shut down by a decrepit Marion in the finals.

But then again, jordan lost a one on one bs a fat exec with awkward handles in his own camp.

Quickness and speed are different. LBJ is faster imho end to end. Though MJ's first step was legendary and lethal. Problem is guys were slower in MJ's eraso tough to compare. But I do think MJ is quicker, first-step plus better footwork makes it appear that way to me in my coach's "eye". End to end when Lebron gets going only prime Parker, KJ those guys are probably faster ... Lebron is a freak. MJ too but to a lessor extent but way ahead of his time.

As for the question MJ probably wins despite Lebron's advantages.

Look at Kobe totally shutting Lebron down 1 on 1....no help, no picks just man to man defense all the way down the court...and Lebron just like he did the ASG he fucking coughs up the ball with intense pressure coming from Kobe....like I said once again you nikkas are crazy....Lebron looks good out there because there are no real prime Alphas like Kobe and MJ checking his ass....

Jordan would totally destroy Lebron. I don't think you guys realize how strong and great of a defender Jordan was in his heyday.

Jordan had a better post up game than Lebron wishes he ever had. Don't know how Lebron would violate Jordan down low??

Are there free throws involved?

If so, MJ might use the hack a lebron strategy in the final minutes of the game

It's not even a fair match, Kobe would comfortably school Lebron in 1 on 1. Lebron is not a 1 on 1 style player
