99% of things I read say Winston will be a Buccaneer.

jameis has all the physical tools, intelligent(killed the white board at all his team interviews), a natural leader and ran a pro style offense in college. he is immature and goofy but i can see all of that being fixed once he gets around some pro's. he doesn't have the toxic personality and lazy work ethic of a manzeil or ryan leaf.

they will draft winston and trade glennon, then they'll find out glennon is the better player/prospect
