Very good bench players. Look at this numbers for the past 7-8 games. Very consistent and he gives a good effort every night. Not much more you can ask for a guy making the same salary as Ayres.

I remember that play. It was right after he missed that wide open layup and I was literally screaming what the F are you doing out there if you can't hit an open layup. That 3 sucked the life out of the Heat. IMO that was the play that was the nail in the coffin for them.

Gotta give him props for that.
