View Full Version : Players that refuse to play when they are not the focal point of offense? Bad..

Role model for kids, IMO.

I remember Kobe doing this numerous times in 2003...

I remember kobe taking less shots than Shaq means he wasn't going to play defense and would just sulk the whole game affecting the team...Shaq on the other hand would still play his heart out touches or not.

Who else do you think are players like kobe?

Honestly I wouldn't mind seeing players with that kind of ego removed from the NBA tbh...They are way too obvious..Oh player A is the focal point today..I'm going to sulk and play shit.

These players in today's ball movement era are detrimental to their team.

I hate players that stat pad when their team is up big to make it seem like they were the reason they won.

Shaq "play his heart out" you must not be talking defense

I've always believed that Kobe got more than his share of the blame in that feud. To me, the moment that Shaq showed his true colors was when he sat on the bench in Miami, refusing to lift a finger to help the teammates that had helped him earn a fourth ring while feigning injury. He was demanding a trade to a contender. When the Phoenix deal was done, he won over the crowd his first game with that club, diving on the floor, launching himself into the crowd, etc. Guess the injury wasn't that bad after all. He gets a pass, because low brow individuals somehow find his antics humorous.whatever.
