Watching Reggie get walked down by a clemson defender should shatter any belief the guy runs a 4.2. 4.4 maybe which is damn fast, but all this lying about 40 times has got to stop.

You do realize that the guy who ran him down is the 60m and 100m champion in the ACC, right?

Really....Like defensive players can't be fast or something?

McNeal Cannot run 4.2 come on! Marcus Vick is the only QB in college running a 4.2 and he ran his 4.28 on a gym floor

4.1 wouldn't have helped them too much.

He probably runs a 4.3, 4.4. Yeah.

I'm not sure if he's the fastest in college but Ted Ginn of Ohio State has a time of 4.22 in the 40. He played both ways last year but will be almost strictly offense this year so we won't see him chasing McNeal.

"Ginn won the national championship in the 110 high hurdles as a junior and the state title for a second consecutive year as a senior at Glenville High School in Cleveland. He narrowly missed qualifying for the U.S. Olympic Trials last summer."

Yeah, they kept saying 4.28. I don't know, 4.3 is more realistic. He's fast enough, though. His not running 4.28, or even throwing the interception is not what lost the game for the Ags. The failure to go for two didn't kill the Ags.

The Ags lost because they couldn't keep Clemson from gaining 5+ yards on first downs.

yup, but it took darrell green 50-60 yards to walk down Tony Dorsett. It took the clemson guy 15 yards or so.

Also, 4.28 is championship track speed too. 4.28 doesn't get walked down that quickly by anybody. I bet the pros time him at 4.4. Still darn fast

Have you ever heard about Geometry???

The defender had an angle on Reggie, and it is not that hard for people to run down someone with that angle, even if they have the same speed.

4.2 or not....Reggie is still a badass.

Question for Aggie fans....you think Reggie gets drafted and if so, at what position? Does he stay at QB or will a team try and move him?

Reggie gets drafted at the QB spot. He has good football knowledge, in spite of his rusty showing last Sat.

Don't think he'll get drafted, but think he'll get a shot at QB. He's too small and skinny to survive as a pro QB. However, he has a legitimate chance at playing receiver like Ronald Curry or Bert Emmanuel.

Any position earning an NFL pay check is better than being a quarterback watching at home.

He will be a project QB.

He will have to get into a pro style offense and learn it for at least 2 yrs before he can be an effective QB at the next level.

That being said, he isa much better NFL prospect than his counterpart at UT, Young.

I guess i don't watch enough Aggie football, because he's not overally impressive to me. How does such a badass lose to Baylor? A badass would win that game by himself.

I'll bet you $100 bucks Vince gets drafted higher.

OMG!!! That is money in the bank for me.

Ok, please don't bullshit me.

Here is what we do.

PM Kori and get her address and mail the hundred to her to hold in escrow and I will do same.

After the June draft, we collect the 200 from her.

Deal???

Turnovers. The common denominator in most upsets.

He's a hell of a lot bigger than this guy:

My pinky is bigger around than Randall Cunningham's legs. He may be taller than McNeal, but he ain't bigger.

I used a "black guy" because that certain black guy has skills very similar to Reggie and had questionable NFL durability, both points brought up earlier. Reggie also would compare to Steve Young, but Young is a bigger guy.

Reggie's legs are huge? Reggie's legs make Randall's look like Robert Newhouse.

Cunningham: 6'-4", 215 (in the NFL)
McNeal: 6'-2", 206

Cunningham only had 9 lbs on him, at his NFL playing weight.

oh yeah, those weights are accurate. If you have any experience playing football you know those weights are no where close to accurate. Unfortuantely we have to judge them by appearance or what they came in at during the combines which are very accurate. Hard to find though.

I have seen Reggie twice this Summer, and he has added 20 llbs in pure muscle since Jan.

He probably weighs 220 now.

Look at his arms and tell me if you think he is skinny now.

He looks heavier around the face which tells me he's been pumping iron, but he does have chicken legs.

Acutally, my weight and height was listed correctly when I played, but then again Larry Allen also doesn't weigh 340 lbs.

I think that if anything, the QB spot would be listed heavier than actual rather than lighter.

They listed me 20 pounds too heavy. Not complaining because according to them I was very fast. Damn, on paper I was a badass.
