Rose, definitely. His dropoff since injury has been in the severe range to where he's not even close to a top 10 PG so it's proven that he was reliant on athleticism. Others are also reliant on athletics but less. The question to ask yourself is which of these players would be worst without his athleticism? That's Rose. Westbrook is probably the best athlete of all those mentioned but he would still do some damage with a normal level of athletic ability.
