It was titled f*ck your breath to reflect what the cop says at the end, but it was changed - I suppose that's a violation of rules.

Just an honest mistake on the part of the officer. I'd just file this one under the price of being a scumbag criminal running from the police.

Yes. The old cop meant to tase him but grabbed his gun instead of the taser and shot him. You can here him say "I shot him, I'm sorry."
