They've been doing this every single game against Houston this season, it's clearly strategic. Will probably do the same against Westbrook tomorrow. Supposedly this should limit penetrating and should force them to jack up 3s, which they're very happy to do. Kawhi Leonard isn't even listed in this assisted points created rank. He's not even #1 on his own team (Tony Parker is).
