Just realized that the topic is a little misleading :lol
During the broadcast I thought they said Spurs are 7-0 on just tying after being down 0-1 in the first round!?
Then at the end of the game the stats in the OP where shown, which are about winning the whole series, not just game 2.
Sorry for getting that mixed up.

Just off the top of my head, in the Duncan era they've been down 0-2:
1998 v. Utah
2001 v. Lakers
2008 v. Hornets
2008 v. Lakers
2010 v. Suns
Of those, they only won the 2008 series against the Hornets.

So, here is the stat I meant in the title, confirmed:
The Tim Duncan-era Spurs are now 8-0 in Game 2 of the first round after losing Game 1 in the same the series.
