This is great. You can IM the hospital to send an ambulance after you wrap your car around a tree because you checking your e-mail on the highway.

It will work if it has voice recognition,otherwise,its even more hazardous than cell phones.

In many cases such as in sales,police enforcement,homehealth nurses, and truck driving just to name a few,this is a useful tool. I know many police cars that already have a computer in the car(not in the dash board though).
Many people's cars serve as their office.

I would rather have my all-in-one cell phone,though.
