Roy Hallums, an American contractor in Iraq who we heard about 6 months ago has been rescued by US soldiers. Thank God. I was sure this guy had met the same grisly fate of those other American hostages.

i think it is awesome that he is rescued. one thing gets me though. If you watch the hostage video he didnt ask Bush for help (the American soldiers) he asked the arabic presidents and all these other people. Saying that Bush's selfishness would not save him...... hmmmm, he would still be captured if it wasnt for that so called selfishness take a little bit to get his foot out of his mouth.

not being rude, just thought that was interesting.

Are you crazy? You're being held hostage by fanatical terrorists who have gruesomely beheaded (is there any other way) other people in your situation and then sent the videos to their families. You will say whatever they want you say if it will spare your neck.

Please. I don't believe anyone could possibly judge him for that.

I am not judging this man in any way, I am so glad that he is alive and well
:oops I did not mean to offend anyone.
I understand the circumstances he was in and how that could contribute, Im not a die hard Bush fan at all, I was just pointing out the irony of the statement.
