Over/under/push: 1.0 technical fouls on Doc Rivers tonight

I'm going over. I'm thinking he will hit the riverwalk early tonight, Spurs go up by 15+ and he will implode along with his team.

Everyone was bitching about Game 5's ref deeming it an automatic loss. Can't get too caught up in this...

I agree just look at last year when Joey Crawford reffed game 3 or 4 of the finals and Heat fans thought it was going to be an automatic win because Joey was reffing the game.

Danny Crawford is actually one of my least favorite refs/crew chiefs.

Now, he probably isn't one of the worst and has been in the higher ref-hierarchy for an eternity but he is one of those were it's almost 100 pct certain that he has a long record of reffing with whatever agenda at times instead of trying to call the game fair. Forster is another btw, even if its his own rather than the league's and we (and DOC) know all about Bill Kennedy (never forget OKC 2012).

Crawford was definitely a go to Stern-guy for years but let's all hope that BS is dead and he is not there to redeem the Clippers for some gross injustice travesty from the last game which is being blown way out of proportion anyway with the Spurs suffering from a number of retarded make-up calls. It was just mainly our low-status players such as Baynes.

But far from a trustworthy crew-chief. If anything hopefully he is there to finish the CLIPS who everyone hates.

Make some shots, and the refs won't matter, tbh

If you are into superstitions or conspiracy theories ... forget the refs, there is a bigger threat out there. Apparently the Little Mariachi will be in the house.

Oh Fuck no!! :nope

I remember being at a few important games in the playoffs last year and when that little turd sings we lose! I have no issue with him at all just don't want him singing during playoff games! My husband will laugh at me tonight because of my superstitions!:lol

obviously my little opinion doesn't mean much to strangers, but I do a quick write up on the refs to post on my facebook before each game. Here's what I'm writing today:

Danny Crawford (crew chief) - Used to let teams play (expect deandre jordan to have a good game, expect chris paul's flops to go uncalled)... but has moved towards favoring the losing team to keep it close, and favoring stars. Regardless, he's still one of the league's best refs.

Marc Davis - Ejected Pop from a home game 2 years ago after Pop openly mocked him for a series of bad calls. However, he also has a fued with Doc Rivers (Clippers coach). I wouldn't be surprised to see either coach ejected tonight. Has been a part of a couple referee assignments last year that ended with "ref you suck" chants at home.

Zach Zarba - Not a particularly BAD ref, but Pop can't stand him. They have a history. Zarba will guess on close plays. We'll have to rely on Crawford to overturn any bad calls from Zarba.

Spurs lost twice at home in the 2014 Playoffs -- Game 2 against Mavs and Game 2 of Finals.

Danny had both of those games.

Really no reason to worry about officiating when we're playing the team that NBA refs hate the most by a mile

Neither game was poorly reffed IIRC. Game 2 shouldve been won and game 2 against the Mavs was an embarassing blowout

Agreed. The game won't be decided by officials tonight, either. Move the ball, Make shots, defend hard.

I like Crawford because he doesn't seem to call a bunch of BS fouls

Small samples, but better than nothing

DANNY CRAWFORD
MARC DAVIS
Zach Zarba

Expect 50 free throws for the Clippers, 10 Jamal Crawford 3PT fouls, 48 illegal Deandre Jordan screens, 15 Chris Paul flops leading to free throws, Wingstop foul trouble throughout the whole game, and Kawhi's first technical for scratching his cornrows.

Don't even make a game thread. Let's just skip to Game 7 already, tbh...

I am getting the impression that The NBA doesn't have a ref that Doc hasn't pissed off.

The clippers haven't ever figured out that whining about all the calls and questioning them never actually help reverse any calls :lol
Is to easy to get into the Clippers heads with the fouls or hack a shaq.
