I like to see those small school guys that are under the radar that only good scouts and me know about, and where they end up. And how it's always.."who?" So many great players out of Smallville U.

What happens is a kid isn't all that in HS so he gets little interest so off to some HBCU, DivII etc etc school. Then he starts growing and physically maturing at 20ish and becomes a stud.

I am doubting Winston and Mariota has young guys who can lead grown men. Winston does come off as a goofy kid while Mariota would need a blow torch to light a fire.
