Udrih was decent last season, great three point shooter and a reasonable backup.

Didn't showup in the NBA finals, but he did show some promise as Tony's backup

NVE has playoff experience, is fearless in the crunch time minutes of big ball games.

He isn't particularly a great three point shooter, or a spot up shooter -- but he is a guy who can get hot in a hurry in big games.

With Parker possibly playing 33-34mpg, that leaves about 15mpg left for these two PG's. Does NVE take about 12-13mpg on average for the season?

Sure, NVE might not get the time right away, but BOTTOM line, what do you think the MPG averages will be? Is Udrih pretty much insurance and a spot minutes player now with NVE on board?

NVE will be the backup by the 2nd game...in preseason.

I think Udrih's minutes aren't going to completely disapear during the regular season. Like Horry, I think Pop is going to try to save Nick's legs for the playoffs, which means Beno should still get some minutes. For as much as Pop likes a consistent rotation I could see things being run kind of like a baseball team's starting lineup, where NVE would be the regular back up but every so often he gets a night off.
