Whether we win or lose, we need to take one last look at our great timmy and just appreciate his game for the last time, possibly.

This is much more likely because of Parker's contract tbh.

Not for nothing but the last two LA teams we played, we eliminated them on their home floor

Hmmmm . . .

Gets me thinking.

2013 -- eliminate Lakers at Staples.

2012 -- eliminate Clippers at Staples.

2003 -- eliminate Lakers at Staples.

1999 -- eliminate Lakers at Forum (close it down).

1995 -- eliminate Lakers at Forum.

I was at all those games except the 2013 Lakers game (saw the first two games in SA).

Went to Game 5 Tuesday and debating whether to go Saturday. Never seen the Spurs eliminated and only been to one elimination game (2005 Detroit Game 7).

Hate to pay a lotta money for that kind of disappointment but . . . what if they win?

For that matter, what if they lose and that game is looked back upon as the end of the era. Maybe I should be able to say I was there . . .

Hmmmmm . . .

Correction -- I did see the Spurs eliminated one time. In LA. At Staples.

Game 4 of the 2001 sweep by the Lakers -- must've blocked that from my memory.

That was considered the end of an era, too. Everyone said the Spurs (except Duncan) were too old (Robinson, Sean E., Mario Ellie, Jarren Jackson, etc.) and Duncan should have gone to Orlando.

The Spurs had already won their one and only championship they said.

Guess they didn't know about Parker and Gino. Maybe the Spurs can cheat their fate again even if they lose tomorrow.
