Gonna draft some Eurotrash player, Green walks, Kawhi will get max. Like usual, no Free Agent signing and just rumors.

I think the Spurs back up the truck for Green at this point to answer your PM, Malik Hairston . They should keep Splitter and Diaw, since Tiago is still the most complete defensive big on the team, and Diaw is a mismatch waiting to happen. Outside of a Parker trade, they'd ideally get something for Joseph and Baynes, and maybe Beli if he's willing. I'd personally love a Cory for James Johnson swap, with perhaps Vasquez and Baynes being thrown in to make it worth while for Toronto. I think the team needs to revamp their 9-15. Maybe offer the MLE to O'Quinn to see if he'd take it.
Draft Lucas and bring over a couple of the young guys to give you this:
PG: Parker/Mills/Lucas
SG: Green/Vasquez/LLE guard
SF: Leonard/Johnson/Anderson
PF: Duncan/Diaw/LJC
C: Splitter/O'Quinn/min big
That's not a contender, but it seems fine for a team in transition. Maybe Manu comes back, and the Spurs and Raptors make that trade Joseph and Baynes for Vasquez and Noguiera, which would balance things out a bit more.
PG: Parker/Mills/Lucas
SG: Green/Vasquez/LLE guard or roster spot
SF: Leonard/Ginobil/Anderson
PF: Duncan/Diaw/LJC
C: Splitter/O'Quinn/Noguiera

The Spurs do like doing business with Toronto, having done trades for Austin Daye and Matt Bonner over the years. Plus it will be a homecoming for Cory.

Vasquez can handle the ball but LMA would be ideal
