Yeah, he dominated Duncan all series long. He even sent "defending champion" Duncan fishing (in 1st round) with a triple dub. :lol

:lol Box score watching again.

Duncan guarded DeAndre. It was usually Diaw, Tiago, or Baynes on Griffin.

Nope. I watched det one. Even made a thread about what it means when a fully intact, healthy, defending champion loses the very next year to the...Clipps! In the 1st round no less. :lol

I know Duncan wasn't the primary defender, but he didn't exactly request to guard him, now did he? You yourself said he's "still your best player even after 19 years" so by default when even DPOY couldn't slow him down when y'all needed a key stop, Duncan should have stepped up to the challenge (and prevent the inevitable ridicule from LkrFan :lol).

If he gets the credit for 5 rangs, he should be blamed when an opposing frontcourt player drops a triple dub on his team in a do or die game 7. When the smoke cleared, Blake "did". Duncan "died". :lol

^Other than when he stat padded 17 onto 16 in '08. That woulda been our 17 after our 15 & 16 later on.

I just can't do the barrels anymore, Mitch. It's like the Tree of Woe, I lost interest for some damn reason.

I guess it'll be uninteresting for a while. The Spurs, Suns and Lakers are going to shine shoes for quite some time now.

I wouldn't disqualify the Spurs. They won 2 in a row, forced to give 1 back. If I were Pop I'd confirm this loss in '16 before I took up the rocking chair.

Your coach failed as well. Being sensely preoccupied with seeding and then the hacking. You comprehensively failed. There were breakdowns across the team. At least they shut their mouths in the aftermath. Nobody showed their ass.
