People kept saying the Clippers were ready for it after the buzzer fiasco, but Kawhi still had a great chance on an alley oop, the pass was thrown way too far for him.

Did Barnes get away with a smack too?
Not saying he did, just asking.
Pales in comparison to the CPuss3 falling down and getting FTs with 13 seconds.

That play was tough to watch. I don't need no stats/metrics thingy to know that shouldn't happen. Kids are taught to get that hand extended when your man is cutting to the basket as early as fifth grade. No wonder Pop pulled him out of the game after that play.

Barnes has 12 points halfway through the third quarter, including an and-1 dunk off an inbounds play. :wow

It was a busted play and quite representative of the many busted games this season.

I hated that it came down to a contested alleyoop for a chance to tie when we could have gone with a 3 that would have broken their heart. The only reason to go with the alleyoop would be if you definitely knew you could pull it off which was much harder after the Clippers saw the play developing.

Yeah it was a stupid play imo
I would have rather lost but a fadeaway Manu three pointer air ball tbh.
oh well, shouldn't have been in that position anyways.
The worse player in the playoffs was Rondo,,,,,a quitter. Stop spamming so much fail and get on the hope train

Kawhi's a shit leaper. His vertical just isn't that good. I would have thought that NBA players could increase their vertical with their advanced training and diet/nutrition.
I also think Pop was trying to outsmart them on that play. Everyone was probably expecting a three or a jumper for 2, so the dumb shit thought he'd try an alley-oop.
