It's all about keeping the defense honest with the ability to hit a jumper shot. Parker is in LeBron territory which his jumper. He's not REALLY confident in it, but gets hot every now and again. If it's not falling, it changes the way the defense guards you.

He's still a quality player and a definite upgrade over Splitter but he's often struggled vs. athletic teams.
