That has to be some intensely hard work. It sounds interesting though.

Anything over 40 is overtime unless they have you under contract.

Cosmic, is LVI a labor broker or an actual construction company?

Hell, I'd do it, if only the job description included airfare and housing lol

It says transportation and lodging. Don't know if they mean from South America though. :lol

You would earn every red cent you earned from that job. $10/hr is going to be for strong backs and weak minds - if you have skills such as being a machine operator, I bet it will be much higher.

And its pretty damn difficult to work 16 hours a day for more than a year. They are going to have a lot of turnover.

I don't know anything about them personally, but this is apparently their website.

I just knew there were people in here that might be interested in it. I am sure there will be a lot more like this one.

Without a doubt they're going to have a nightmare with the turnover. I did 4 months of 7x13 (luckily it was nights as it was over the summer months) and after about month you turn into a zombie.

Whoever LVI is, they better have a shit hot safety and insurance program with all the debris and biological hazards those folks are going to encounter. I can see all the PI lawyers laying in the weeds for this one.

I worked roughly 80hrs/week for almost a year in my first job out of school as a field engineer for Schlumberger. It was 6 months before I got a day off.

It took me several months to slow down after that, you find yourself in perpetual motion all the time. Now I think I'm stuck!

My father worked for Schlumberger for 15 years. He had the same happen to him lol.
