He should be. He looked completely overwhelmed against the Warriors.

He never coached under Pop. Bud and Brett are his protégés.

We should get him to replace Boylen, even though it's not much of an upgrade. Still an upgrade, though.

Good news for the Pelicans though. Now they need to get rid of their cancerous players.

He was some kind of assistant coach on the 2005 championship team, like Chip England and Becky Hammon.

Bad news for the Spurs, don't need the Pelicans getting stronger. I'm annoyed by OKC firing Brooks as well.

Apparently, they had promised to keep him if he met some criteria. That they fired him anyway is a pretty terrible move. They have to get a great coach this time.

No way can they keep Demps, though. That guy has run the team into the ground.

Maybe Boylen can sabotage them and take the job. He can forget to insert Davis into games.

I don't...but I'll never forget that he recommended Ayres and oh yeah, forgot about Kawhi being on the team.

Would Robert Horry have a similar sort of coaching expertise as Steve Kerr? If not better? What if the Pelicans went that route? i would be concerned about them rivaling the Spurs, tbh.
