I think teams have to look at models like Pop and RC and their relationship with the owner Peter Holt, to see how to run a franchise. Monty should've been fired a long time ago tbh, and he's mainly responsible for the team being an underachiever. The team's talent level is simply amazing imho - unibrow, Evans, Holiday, Cornerstone, and several solid role players like Anderson and Asik, top 5 level in the west imho. They're just some experience and a good coach away from being a championship contender, tbh.
