Get on a light PH, lean muscle gains will get you bulked up if your diet and lifestyle are adequate. That's if you've never cycled before. You can add the protein route and do whey protein before your workouts, casein protein before you sleep.

Sleep is very important. If you are going to be lifting or doing some form of crossfit, you need all the rest you can get.

Another route you could take if you don't exactly have the best diet is a SARM to aid in fat loss and/or adipose tissue maintenance. A SARM and light PH with the proper workouts will get you big and healthy.

Ya need a blender.

Now...

two egg yokes
a banana
a teaspoon of honey
a pack of Instant Breakfast

Ya blend that and drink it with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, about an hour before going to bed.

I know I know people will debate/argue that, ignore them it works, I've done it.

You need a bench and 200 pounds of weights. And two 10 pound dumbbells.

Do this...

3 sets of 10

Play around with the weights day one with a spotter/friend to find out what is right for you. Forget the gym, it's too hard planning that and making it. You want the weights staring ya in the face at home, that way ya can't ignore them.

1.squats
2.bench
3.curls
4.flyes...ya lay on the bench with those dumbells and bring them together, this is the only exercise ya do quickly.
5,setted behind the neck

That's it to start, ya want it simple and fast. You do that every other day for 60 days. Then get back to me.

Starting out ya want things simple and quick, that way you'll stick with it. After a couple months then ya start adding weight and exercises, it's all about progressive resistant. Starting out you aren't ready yet to handle a heavy load.

You also need to lift at the same time, yep, a routine. That workout above is to get you ready to get serious.

That's where people always make their mistake, they try to make it out to be more complex than it is.

I used that routine, gained 20 pounds of muscle in less than a year.

Are you really going to start spending a lot of $$$$$ on this? That won't help keeping up with it. Ya want to keep thing simple/quick and inexpensive. That way you'll stick with it.

Do you have any idea what you're "trying" to talk about? Where is...supplements...mentioned?

How do ya gain weight slugger? How about.....consumning more calories than ya burn....ya reckon?

Ya might wanna stick to biology little man.

I agree with this.

Keep in mind you are talking about making some changes to your routine/life. You are also talking about....pain. Yep, no pain no gain. So it's real important ya keep it simple.cheap.fast starting out. You don't need to complicate things. In a couple of months and ya have a nice little routine going THEN ya move on to another phase of things.

Been a serious lifter for a long long time. Ignore the dumb kids out there, I do know what I;m talking about. Progression....the key word.

looks legit. will research.

It's been around since the late 80's. Back then I was trying everything to gain weight and it's the only thing that worked for me. I put on around 25lbs of muscle using it before/after workouts. I had tried a lot of the "weight gainers" prior to that and all they did was make me have to take a shit.

I still use it before workouts and it helps keep your energy level up during your workout. Put it in a blender with milk and frozen strawberries or blueberries and it tastes pretty good.

Whey protein isn't everything. And even then if someone gets whey, it's best to get a product with as much whey in isolate form as possible.

I got you. Just stuff yourself with food high in complex carbs. Don't screw your lifestyle in the process. IE don't become a fatass. Eat to gain good mass, not get all fat. IDK man, I'm not a big fan of weight gain for the fuck of it for the simple fact that it's risky and decent food to eat is not always present unless you have the means and time to purchase and eat said food. I'd lift and get muscle gains, but that's just me.

I agree but I don't plan on turning into a fatass. :lol Like I said just 10-15 pounds. I'm fairly active and have been working out every other day so hopefully I just get a bit bigger.
