if u have the money, u should be able to choose where to get an education

as for public schools, they usually have a test system for applicants if its elite public school, then students living in the district...
most of these public ivy schools are usually situated in wealthy areas...cant blame them if they are strict on enrolments

Not at all...the rub comes when some people try and compare graduation rates and college enrollment records of these private ivy schools versus public schools....these ivy private schools turn away special education students, students with psychological, mental, and emotional disorders, students with learning disabilities, students with behavioral issues....public schools don't have the luxury under no child left behind..
