Who would be cheaper? Beli or Gary Neal?

Neal, mainly because he hasn't been very good sense he left San Antonio. Beli has been much better here than any where else.

Neal could be back as a min guy or something or maybe a room or bi annual exception type, depending on his market.

That's what I was thinking. It will be interesting to see if the Spurs try to pursue Neal

Neal is cold blooded and can always get his shot up whenever.

Beli pumpfakes 15 times a game and shoots 2 three pointers when WIDEOPEN

Beli was amazing for like 3 months and won the 3point contest and then went insane bad from then on out. :downspin:

Beli gave us that big 3 in game 3. Neal gave us not being able to defend a shoeless Mike Miller in that game 6 collapse. I'm going with Beli.

Neal at SG was great. Once Pop tried to make him into a PG he became a significant liability. I'd welcome Neal back with open arms if he chose to come back for min money.

You stupid fuck! 20 point lead. Beli comes in. Bad defense. 10 point lead. Makes 1 three. Hero. :lmao

Neal did so much that finals series beli will never come close. And we didn't lose because of Neal. I swear ya just get more stupid as time goes by.

Neal had a great game 3 himself

Neal is horrible too man, it's a lose lose there on defense. I would not want either one on the team if you are asking honestly and would love for them to upgrade there. Who the hell is out there though realistically?

Who was it that let Chalmers run up the floor in game 7 for that three at the end of the Q? Just let him run right up the floor and hit the damn three.

Neal's game fell of a cliff. I don't want to see him back.

I wasn't even sad to see him go honestly, he was a volume shooter who took some horrible shots at times and bad on D. He was okay for his stint here and had some good games where he would get hot, the rest of the time though he was hit or miss and would take the dumbest one on three shots I have seen out of the flow of the offense (He would have nobody to board but put up some wild three in transition). He was okay I guess, would not want him back though.

He had two good games in that series. He, like the rest of the bench, (Splitter included) was awful. That being said, that game was awesome to watch. Green and Neal playing horse in the finals.

That pump-fake, step-through jumper of his was money in the bank, tbh.

For the min of near the min, I would take him, but he just can't be on the floor with Mills, because they are both too small, so that would require to keep CJ and that won't really happen.
Neal would be ideal in Cle, IMHO.

Doesn't get much better than a season-saving three, even if they blew it the next game.

Beli was having a great playoffs, unlike last season

His shooting gave us 10 points lead in game 6 against Clippers, and then Pop decided to put Duncan and Porker back in for stagnant offense

Neal would be cheaper, but doesn't really fit with Mills. Beli is probably gone, so the question is probably moot. We'll need to find someone else.

The question was Marco vs Neal, I was pointing out that Neal had as many good Finals games as Marco.

Are the Spurs secretly transforming Diaw back to a SF?

With patty Spurs need a taller shooter and some versatility would definitely be a bonus!

If we didn't have Patty then I might be more welcome to the idea of having neal back.

Sign and trade marco.

Need to find a team over the cap that can't just sign him to an exception (or a portion of an exception), plus it would mean salary coming back making pursuit of free agents tougher if they were to plan to.
