IF I was to get one, I always think back to the original Terminator where Arnold cuts open his forearm and it displays the pistons and rods and shit.... I think a tattoo on my forearm depicting that would be pretty cool.

Nothing this drastic, but you get the idea.... And yes, that is a tattoo.... as disturbing as that it is, it is pretty amazing work.
