I really do think he's trying to get back to Texas to be closer to his family...just wonder which Texas team it'll end up being.

tbh Dallas and Houston always get to trade for or signed the big name player compared to SA

The Spurs have 5 titles without ever signing a major free agent (besides big 3). They will be fine.

All we need now is the letter...

Before anyone was wondering where I would play my 2015/2016 season, I was a kid from Texas. It’s where I walked. It’s where I ran. It’s where I cried. It’s where I bled. It's where I knocked up a woman who had my son, It doesn't have state taxes. The Portland fans passion can be overwhelming and it drove me but how long can you play with a shoot first point guard and a french guy who sucked in the playoffs? I wanted to give them hope that we would eventually get past the 1st or 2nd round but it's Portland and it's not 1979. I'm coming home Texas....

then moments later he realizes that Parker is a shoot first point and french...

Dallas it is.

Probably going to the Mavs tbh, nothing to see here.

To be fair, it's not like playing with Monta Ellis or the corpses of Devin Harris or Raymond Felton would be any better.

Ride or die with Porker, tbh. The sooner we all accept it the better. He's not going anywhere. If Porker can play slightly better than this last season the Spurs can still make the WCF next season. The west is good but overrated a bit. Dubs/Spurs/OKC are the only real contenders when healthy.

The sooner you realize things will never be the same again, the sooner you can move on.

We are stuck with PORKER! I will have to accept it. Lets hope he loses a few pounds over the summer man, if not he will be even slower next year after playing all summer.

The TSpence joke was so 2014, it was actually very funny how people actually believed him last off season though. :lol

Yeah it was then, now every thread someone says waiting for T Spence to confirm it but it's not funny at all anymore to be honest.

That dude was pure comedy man, even had some fooled for a while in those threads. He was all over the Gasol to the Spurs for certain stuff, dude was pure comedy last offseason.

Doesn't matter, until we have fat Parker as the starting pg we aren't going anywhere no matter what!

I really think people underestimate the difference in actually living in the same city as your kid. Dallas would be better than Portland, but it is still a plane ride away. You would still miss 90% of their stuff.

Should be noted that he was renting out this house from Damon Stoudamire, and doesn't actually own it.

Pop is going to be at LMA's door at 12:01 on July 1. But where will LMA be living at that point? Pop might only have to drive instead of fly...

Jdspur20

I just don't see how LMA would fit with the Mavs. They won't have money to sign Chandler and if they don't bring him back they won't have a center.

According to espn radio just now, Aldridge told people today he plans on re-signing with Portland and that he isn't going anywhere. If that's true, Fuck him. I want to get him but he can rot there if he wants.

Apparently, he's just another in a long line of players who think they're too cool/hood for the Spurs.

Damn Lamarcus doesn't look anywhere near 7 foot in that picture. He looks closer to 6'7-6'9 imo. I've seen Tim in person a few times, and he just towers over everyone.

Not only has his house been sold, he's also given up some local endorsements.. Another possible indicator that he's relocating.......

Think about how awful Portland is going to be if it's Damian chucking it up 38 minutes a night without defending on the other end. Given that OKC / Utah will certainly be playoff contenders next year (of non-playoff teams), and only Dallas among other playoff teams having question marks heading into next year, I can see them falling to bottom 5 in the conference.
