It is pretty cool that a number of The Wire characters were real-life gangsters, tbh:lol..

Huge Sopranos fan. GOAT show imo. Never watched the Wire. Will give it a try eventually.

I love Sopranos, too, and I think it's actually become underappreciated by a lot of people, but The Wire is slightly better IMO..pretty close, though..

Tony is the best character on either show, though, he's probably the best character in TV history IMO..

This was the best season opener scene of all 5 seasons.

Suggest you watch "The Shield" as well. Every bit as good imo. The final season :wow
