Does bench rookie Joe Harris really suck so bad he can't outdo 50% Delly?

Nice close game turned into a blowout. Virtually 5 on 4. On offense Delly was not even looking to do a thing. Just catch the ball and give it up to someone else ASAP and then go stand out of the way. Warriors were not even guarding him.
