As of 2015, LeBron James has won 2 Championship Rings. How many will he finish his NBA career with?

3 IMO
He only needs 1 in Cleveland to reach his goal, though

Agreed. James could very easily slide into a Sidekick role as a distributor. I imagine
> 2 Rings now
> 30 years old
> Will play 8 more seasons
I would guess 4 Rings and 7 Finals loses
So I'm expecting he will make the Finals 5 out of the next 8 seasons

he get 5...
jordan didnt win his first ring after 30 and he won 6 after 30
lebron is on pace unless age and injuries catch up to him...

DK's 2nd 3-peat was in the expansion era, though, against watered down competition..can't expect similar results..

All depends on if he stays in the Eastern Conference or not. I mean I can't imagine him leaving it when a Finals appearance is pretty much a given.

No more than 3. I agree with that sentiment.

Completely different story there TD, remember NBA is about mileage and Lebron\Kobe are straight from high school to pro players. Jordan had 3 championships by his 10th season, he had 6 championships by his 14th season.
Lebron will be entering his 12th (or 13th?) season next year with only 2, he has also played without any injury (perhaps his greatest attribute ever) and it's a matter of time before his knees can no longer support his gigantic body. The devestating blow is the NBA will start testing for HGH next season.

expansion era or not, the east is still a walk in the park for lebron to the finals

Yup. He's bound to pull off 1 or 2 upsets in the NBA Finals the next 5-8 years. Teammate having a career playoff series or opponent has a major injury.
He's winning the Finals at a 33% rate. Would need 6 more appearances for 2 more Rings.

He's not winning another ring in the East. He has to come face actual competition in the West.

3 and it will in either 2017/2018...I have a sneaky feeling that decline/heavy toll of 2011-2015 will impact him with nagging injuries throughout next year and the Cavs may get actually upset before the Finals and proceed to fire Blatt and hire a more experienced coach (Thibs, Carlisle, jeff van Gundy).. .

i dont think it really matters how many more he wins,
i dont think his going to crack the top5 GOAT list...his is settled between 6-10, but he doesnt have to worry about kirby who is not top12

Bump..
starting to feel like he'll stay stuck at 2..no amount of East conf cakewalk will mitigate his own accelerating decline an the fact he's assembled a flawed team around him..

3. In 2018, he will go to the Spurs and get a ring with the mulattoe Kevin Love.

Lebron is in basically his Heat Shaq/ 2010 Kobe phase..he won't win another ring as the undisputed best player on his team; at best he can be 1A or 1B and Irving isn't that guy to hold his hand to it a la 2006 D Wade and 2010 MVPau.
