I have to give UT their props. Any team that beats Michigan in the Rose Bowl and then beats Ohio State in the horseshoe deserves respect. Too bad they would get ruined by USC though.

i would say texas has a better shot at the rose than usc
theyre bound to slip up against nd, oregon, ucla, or cal
Texas will beat OU then roll into kyle field to finish them off in the best game of the year

say the Texas football program was Mike Jones, in the past got little respect, but this year the current team (84's), came rolling into Columbus Ohio, Texas changed their minds.

Read an article that he has put on over 15lbs & grown 2in since he was a school snr. He'd better hit the weights even harder & do VY type agility drills between now & Sep.
UT's D & O line will have to step it up hard now.
Can't wait to see how Jermichael Finley does.

Yeah, we will be missing David Thomas. If Vince gets drafted by the Titans, it can be Vince 2 Bo once again. Bo Scaife is on the Titans and played a decent amount. They use all 3 of their TEs, Troupe, Kinney, Scaife.

Is Finley going to be a TE or WR? The scouting report has him at a TE but this mackbrown-texasfootball.com site has him as a WR. We need a TE though.

Mr Dio

I think a TE because he isn't quite a burner & might get a hair slower as he puts on weight. He's about what, 6'7" right now? He should be pretty decent in the Red Zone & in short yardage because of his leaping ability. Unsure if it is true but had read he has about a 40"(ish) vert cuz of his basketball playing days.

JMike listed as only 6'5" 220lbs as a R/S Freshman...hmmm. Maybe 6'5" 265lbs Tweedie will start early on then. Ullman?

Tweedie isn't that great but he'll be a SR.
