"abortion clinics" is of course a standard Repug/Bible humper "framing" LIE
Abortions are a tiny portion of the all services the clinics render to poor women: contraceptives, peri-natal care, cancer screenings, etc.
By blocking contraceptive services, the Repugs were looking at an estimate of TX abortions jumping from 80K/year to 100K/year. This is called "The Law of Repugs Fucking Up Everything They Touch"
